Shipping policy
Local Delivery
All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to SAN Meat Packing's shipping policies. Please refer to our shipping page for more information on our shipping rates and procedures.
Please check all shipping addresses carefully. As we are shipping perishable goods, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if our delivery service has to reroute the cooler. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided, which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Pickup
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Your name and order number must be provided at the time of pick up. Your order must be picked up within 7 days of being notified that your items are ready for pick up. Please do not come to the store to pick up your order until you have received notification that your order is ready.
It is important that you pick up your purchase within the pick-up window provided. If you do not pick up your order within this time period, your purchase will be refunded in the form of a store credit only.
Nationwide Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, by our trusted third-party partners at USPS, your order is in their control. When your order is placed and accepted, you will receive shipment information including a tracking number.
When your order is in the possession of carrier, understand that Company is not liable for delays, damage, or missed deliveries. If you encounter an issue with your shipment or any delay, please address them through the USPS system using the provided tracking number. Once an accepted order has been packed, and USPS has taken possession USPS has taken responsibility for delivery. If delivery is delayed USPS will notify you via your assigned tracking number.
If your delivery was delayed, Company expressly requires that you agree and aver that you assume all assumption of risk to inspect the packaging contents prior to consumption.
If issues arise as a result of delayed shipment, or mis delivery. Please notify USPS of the issue. After contacting USPS, OR, if you believe an error was made in your order, please contact us at sales@sanmeats.com. At our discretion, we will take steps to ensure your satisfaction, including shipping a replacement order. It may be necessary for you to report shipping issues to USPS for us to be reimbursed for a replacement delivery.
While, SAN Meat Packing will take whatever remedial measures to ensure customer satisfaction, understand that our partners are responsible for timely delivery, if in doubt please contact us. Although we will help to rectify the situation, we assume no liability for customers failure to inspect the delivery and ensure timely receipt.
Payment Terms and Sales Taxes
Terms of payment are as published, payment must be received, by our designated payment processor, sufficient to fund your purchase of all Services or Products.
In processing payment through our third party payment processor, you affirm that (i) the payment information you supply shall be true, correct and complete; (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any, (iv) chargebacks shall not be initiated without first contacting sales@sanmeats.com to rectify and issues regarding your transactions.
